Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes are prorated, and you'll only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my limits?

We'll notify you when you approach your limits (at 80% and 90%) and give you the option to upgrade. We never cut off your service unexpectedly. We'll work with you to find the right plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and can invoice for annual contracts. Enterprise customers can also pay via ACH or wire transfer.
