Subprocessors
Effective Date: December 21, 2024
Overview
Datalift, LLC (doing business as Admiral) uses certain third-party subprocessors to assist in providing the Service. This page lists all subprocessors that may process Customer Data as defined in our Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum.
Notification of Changes
Admiral will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice of any new subprocessors or changes to existing subprocessors by:
- Updating this page with the effective date of the change
- Sending email notification to the primary account contact
- Posting updates via in-app notifications (if applicable)
Customers who object to a new subprocessor may terminate their subscription in accordance with Section 9.6 of the Terms of Service by notifying Admiral in writing within fifteen (15) days of notice.
Current Subprocessors
The following subprocessors currently process Customer Data on behalf of Admiral:

Data Transfer Mechanisms
For subprocessors located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), Admiral ensures adequate protection of personal data through:
- EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- Adequacy decisions where applicable
- Supplementary measures to ensure data protection equivalent to EEA standards
Subprocessor Due Diligence
Admiral conducts appropriate due diligence on all subprocessors to ensure they:
- Provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures
- Maintain security standards at least as stringent as those committed to by Admiral
- Comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations
- Enter into written agreements with data protection obligations substantially similar to those in our DPA
